Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 3 pm E.S.T. will ship the same business day from our main warehouse in Florida (with the exception of the Paging Systems). Orders placed after 3 pm E.S.T. or over a weekend/holiday will ship the following business day.
We are pleased to ship to all destinations in the United States and Canada, as well as U.S. Territories. Orders outside mainland U.S. are subject to shipping surcharge and/or exporting fees.
After your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number.
We use UPS as our shipping method. Shipping charges are based upon the product's weight and UPS real time rates. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
