This Feature upgrade adds the Schedule Data Collection Console which provides an interface to schedule the automatic collection of time records from your time clocks or access control devices. It also includes an option to schedule the automatic backup of the software database for security and protection from crashes or accidental data loss. Data Collection Tasks can be scheduled as often as you need to ensure that the information in your database is always the most current available information from your devices. The Schedule Database Backup allows you to select a location on a local, remote or removable device. It is recommended that these backup files are located in a separate location than where the databases are currently installed.
