Returns & Exchanges

Any product that you purchase will be accepted for an exchange or refund* within 30 days from date of purchase, as long as contents are not damaged and package is in original condition. A 'return merchant authorization' (RMA) is required. The return authorization can be obtained by using the contact us form, or by calling us. No merchandise will be accepted for "return" without a 'return merchant authorization'.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and shipping is non refundable. Additionally, all returned product must be in its original box and in "as new" condition. Serial number and certification labels cannot be removed or altered, as this will void the Crown Security Products Return Policy.

If making a return, we will credit your account within 5 business days (from receipt of package) and it will show on your next statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be credited for the return and charged for the new item.

*All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any item used or transported outside of USA/Canada is ineligible for refund, even if within 30 days.
