We had an unfortunate incident where an employee was caught red handed signing in for their friend. Although that individual is no longer with us, the issue needed to be addressed. We do not anticipate it happening again!

Easy to install
Employees like being thanked for clocking in and out, administration took some getting used to since I had something very similar before but now is pretty easy to use. I also like the fact that it is always hooked to my computer unlike my previous one.

Good Product
This product came quickly and was easy to install on our computer.

The employees had a bit of trouble geting used to using fingerprint for clocking in BUT as soon as then learned how to hold their fingers still and in proper position it all worked out great.
Took about 2 days for them to get accustomed to the process.

The administration took a bit longer to figure out the processing of reports and downloading but it onlly took 1 pay cycle and all was well.
Good Product for the money.
