      With other biometric safes, after a few uses if you do not clean the glass anyone can get into it. That is NOT the case with this safe. you could do it 30 times and it will still read effectively. I would highly recommend this to any of my friends. (Posted on 9/21/11)

      Ordered the safe b/c my wife kept fogetting the code on my other safe and I thought I'd give fingerprint a try. It looks good and is very nice quality. Was able to set it up fast for me and my wife and now she can't forget the code bc it's on her finger :)
      I removed one star for quality because the lining at the bottom of the safe could be thicker but other than that, awesome product. (Posted on 6/27/11)

        If the battery is low, there is a red light to indicate this when opening the safe. Additionally, there is a manual override system and two keys are supplied.

        Yes, the safe makes different beeping sounds which correspond to successful or unsuccessful attempts to open.

      • The sound related to the door mechanism cannot be disabled on the Berman safes.
